Voyagers Online (Pvt) Ltd ("Voyagers," "we," "us," or "our"), a company incorporated under the laws of Sri Lanka, operates the Voyagers freight quote management platform at voyagersonline.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information.

Information you provide: Account details (name, email, phone, company), quote and shipment data (routes, pricing, documents), and communications (comments, negotiation messages).

Automatically collected: IP address, browser type, device info for security and audit purposes. We use only essential httpOnly JWT cookies for authentication — no tracking or advertising cookies.

We use your data to provide the Platform, process quotes and shipments, send transactional notifications, maintain audit logs, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Quote and shipment data is shared between clients and service providers as part of the Platform's operation. We use MongoDB Atlas and AWS for infrastructure. We may disclose information if required by law.

We implement encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords (bcrypt), httpOnly secure cookies, role-based access controls, and comprehensive audit logging.

Account data is retained while active. Quote and shipment records are retained for 7 years. Audit logs are retained for 3 years. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days.

Under the Sri Lanka Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, and port your data. Contact us at support@voyagersonline.com. We respond within 30 days.
