Terms of Service

By using Voyagers, you agree to these Terms. If using on behalf of an organization, you represent authority to bind it. Voyagers Online (Pvt) Ltd operates under Sri Lankan law.

Voyagers is a freight quote management platform connecting clients with service providers. We facilitate — we do not provide shipping, logistics, or transportation services.

You must provide accurate information, maintain password security, and be at least 18 years old. Account administrators manage user access and role assignments within their organization.

No illegal use, false information, unauthorized access, automated scraping, reverse engineering, or harassment. Use the Platform only for legitimate freight management purposes.

Service providers are responsible for pricing accuracy. Quote approval constitutes an agreement between client and provider — Voyagers is not a party to this agreement and does not mediate commercial disputes.

Currently free. We may introduce paid plans with 30 days notice. No retroactive charges.

The Platform is owned by Voyagers Online (Pvt) Ltd. You retain ownership of your data and grant us a license to process it for service delivery.

The Platform is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect damages, shipment outcomes, or disputes between users. Total liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months.

You may terminate anytime. We may suspend accounts for violations. Data retained per our Privacy Policy.

Governed by Sri Lankan law. Disputes resolved through negotiation first, then Sri Lankan courts.
